I feel sort of..........numb. I have reason to belive i've fallen into shock. It makes me wonder, how sensitized am I that my body has had to resort to drastic measures to stop me from just collapsing into a pile of uselessness? I mean, back in the day people saw death all the time, right? So, with this new modern world of miracle medications and longevity like you've never seen before, have we become to sensitized? I don't know.
I just know that i'm turning 19 tomorrow and all I want is to have my family and my extended family of friends with me right now.

Something of use: Broken Path review
I've figured since I watched this ages ago and need to put more stuff here that i'd do a review of Broken Path. There will be spoilers and fangirling, if the name didn't give that away. Oh, and no actor names (apart from those I fangasm over) and possibly the directors name (cos he's awesome). This WILL be dodgy.
Basic Overview, as I saw it: Jack (JYB), Lisa and their daughter move to a coutry town for.....a reason I don't really remember. They have a party. People leave, daughter goes to summer camp. Then the shit hits the fan. Yoshi (DS) turns up. More shit goes down. There's a final, awesome fight scene. And eventually they walk into the metaphorical sunset.
Fight scenes: To cut a short story even shorter, the bulk of this movie is fight scenes. This isn't a bad thing. The fight scenes are abso-fucking-lutly spectacular. You can see damage being done and you know that more than a few bones were broken and several hides were bruised in the making of this film. Johnny Yong Bosch really seems to have fun and really let loose in this film. Dan Southworth kicks ass and fucks with your head. And every character has gratuitous amounts of HP if the stabbing, choking, bleeding and head shots are anything to go by.
Acting: There wasn't much story for the actors to really act out here but what little there was, was well acted. The emotional tone got steadily heavier as the film went on and the actors managed to stay true to the feel.
Actors: The selection of actors was DEFFINATLY supported by me. For one thing, it has two of my favourite men in it ( Dan and Johnny rolling around on the floor together anyone?). For another, every other actor portrays their character brilliantly.
Locations, props etc: Props certainly get a massive +1 when I discovered that, sometime during the movie, Reuben Langdon had lent them a mini tramp (XD that would have been an awesome phone call). All the set pieces were well placed and well utilised. After a while, you get the feel that, if you see a prop, it'll somehow end up in the fight. Frying pan? Someones gonna get smacked into it. Lounge? Someones gonna land on it/jump over it/fight it. Saw? Someones loosing an arm. Which, in turn leads me to-
BLOOD AND GUTS: Now, i'm not a gore fan. I avoid gore like the plague. Generally. This film deffinatly has its moments (it's, to quote another reviewer and add my own bit too, "arm-sawing, ear-biting," head-in-door slamming, "pitch-fork stabbing" moments) where I, in usual circumstances, would have had to pause the movie or even stop watching all together. But Broken Path doesn't let you do that because you just want to keep watching. You dont WANT to pause it. At ALL.
Conclusion: If you like gratuitous amounts of fight scenes that are done brilliantly, watch this film. If you like the past works of Koichi Sakimoto and the Alpha Stunts team, watch this film. If you want to see Dan and Johnny roll around on the floor together, watch this film. I highly recommend it.

Welcome One and All!!
And so, a reign of terror did fall upon those who clicked the cursed link to the blogspot blog. Your souls shall be swept into the eternal darkness of an abyss so abysmal in it's foundation, so rank and filthy, that you shall never again see an innocent and pure light.
Now that's over with, I'm not sure how often this'll be used. Sometimes it will be interesting, most times it wont. Occasionally, you'll see something beautifully crafted, slaved over for hours at a time, with correct grammar and everything. Or sometimes you'll get a rant.
Reading this blog will be like playing poker with an archaeologist; sometimes you'll find treasure, but you'll mostly find shit.
And THAT sums up my mind quite nicely.
